Hi and welcome to my little message encryptor and decryptor. I was talking to one of my friends and I got this idea to encrypt messages, just in case I didn't want anyone to see what I was writing. Actually, it was borne out of a sitch that happened when a troll came by the forum and disrupted the messaging. It seemed everyone was freaked out to post any messages.
If you feel freaked or just want to send an
encrypted message out to someone, you can use this little Web app
I slapped together in about 3 hours. Oddly enough, the design almost
took as long as the coding. Please note: if your intentions do not
involve anything criminally based or anti-nice then you can use
this...boy, I hope I didn't give any bad guys any bad ideas.
If you think this Web app is really nerdy,
then you are correct. It uses scripts use industry ciphers such
as RC2 and DES with a decent encryption strength as allowable by
law. At a minimum, at least strong enough to impress your friends.
